The objective of our project was to showcase how Synthesia, an innovative AI tool, is revolutionizing the approach to corporate presentations. Our focus was on illustrating the transformative impact of Synthesia within large corporations, using Heineken as a prime example. The goal was to create a compelling narrative that highlighted how Synthesia enhances communication effectiveness and presentation dynamism, fundamentally changing the way information is conveyed in a corporate setting.

CHALLENGE

The production faced a significant logistical challenge: we were granted access to film inside Heineken's offices in Amsterdam but restricted to a tight six-hour window to complete our shoot. We had to ensure that every minute of the shoot was optimized, from setting up equipment to capturing essential footage, all while adhering to the specific guidelines set by Heineken and managing the complexities of shooting in a live, functioning office environment.

PERFORMANCE

The video seamlessly integrates interviews, live-action footage, and examples of Synthesia-enhanced presentations, providing a clear and engaging illustration of how the technology has improved Heineken’s corporate communication. The video has been well-received, serving not only as a testament to the benefits of Synthesia but also as a benchmark for other corporations considering a similar shift in their presentation strategies.
